Used to try and visit this beautiful place at least twice a month but car park prices and the abolishment of the annual car park ticket means I will limit it to twice a year now. Beautiful for tourists but it is now turning off locals

You will be happy to hear that as a gesture of good will and in recognition of the support of our existing season ticket holders over the years, we are extending the validity of the 2009 season ticket to cover the period up until the National Trust takeover. I trust this meets with your approval and would suggest that you contact the National Trust to establish what concessions there might be in the new scheme of things.
